How to make letters appear in a domino field


Bob Speca invented the technique to make the rows of a field fall in different directions. He called this “Integration”. However, he didn’t think of the possibility to make letters or an image appear by using this trick. I’m surely not the only one and probably also not the first one who had this idea, there is no “official” inventor, as far as I know. The oldest version I’ve seen of this trick was in a compilation video by dominofreak where he made the words “domino day” appear.

  6. @Neakiaro Wait, wait. Name the 10 most subscribed domino-builders then. As far as I know, I’m the 6th most subscribed behind FlippyCat (not counting his extra channel), contraptionists, mmcodomino, dominofan and dominodayfreak, and I have less then 2000 subs.
    Anyway, stop arguing and instead take a look at the video description. I never claimed I invented this technique, Bob Speca has and back then, he was the only domino-builder that did more than building straight lines, so it’s his invention.

    Keine Ahnung, warum ich beim Feld am Anfang den Ton rausgenommen hab… aber beim Rest wärs einfach unnötig gewesen^^ (am Ende wird das Video noch wegen der Musik blockiert, die ich im beim Zeichnen im Hintergrund gehört hab xD)

    i’m lucky cuz his class is my last one, so the day always ends off on a good note
    and he showed us ANOTHER domino vid yesterday, but the bell rang before it was over

    he just showed us a couple vids of his huge domino set-ups on mr roger and reading rainbow.

    yeah, i’m probably gonna get flamed.. but i’m serious. he’s a pretty nice teacher
